How do you ensure the cheese stays fresh during shipping?
All orders are packed in insulated thermal liners with reusable ice packs to maintain a consistent temperature. We use expedited shipping to ensure your cheese arrives in peak condition.
What is the shelf life of the cheeses once they arrive?
Most hard cheeses will last for several weeks if kept in their original packaging or wax paper. Softer cheeses like Brie or Camembert are best enjoyed within 5 to 7 days of delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Due to the perishable nature of our products and varying customs regulations for dairy, we currently only ship within the continental United States and Canada.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Yes, you can add a custom message at checkout. We will print it on a premium card and include it in the box without any pricing information.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or warm?
Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and product, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Are your cheeses pasteurized?
We offer a mix of both pasteurized and raw milk cheeses. Each product page clearly lists the milk type and pasteurization status to help you make an informed choice.
