Take clear photographs of the product and its packaging if there are any discrepancies or quality concerns to assist our quality control team.
- 3.Contact Our Fromagers
Email our support team with your order number and photos within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for perishable goods.
- 4.Resolution Process
Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement shipment at no extra cost.
