This is the vineyard's flagship wine. A standout wine for its traditional and austere style.  Finesse and elegance are its strength and its identity. 

Manual harvest from middle September to the beginning of October, the selected grapes are dried for 3-4 Months and lose about 30% of their original weight.  Fermentation in steel for a few months then 12 month ageing in French small barrels before 4 years in Slovenian oak casks.
